Devika Prasad is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut. Devika is passionate about providing evidence-based treatment for adults with a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, ADHD, phobias, depression, trauma, panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Devika sees the good in everyone and uses strengths-based approach to help people overcome challenges they are facing in their lives. She also uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)  interventions to guide people in achieving their goals. Devika believes that with the right tools, everyone is capable of seeing change in their life.

Devika received her Master's degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption College in 2018, where she passed her oral exam with Distinction. Devika received dual Bachelor's degrees from the University of Connecticut in 2015, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She majored in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Devika has four years of research experience and has worked in seven psychology laboratories.

Devika has worked with all age groups in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She also has a niche in working with young adults (18-35). Previous clients describe Devika as kind, non-judgmental, and empathetic. In her spare time, Devika enjoys cycling, traveling, puzzles, and making crafts.
