Dr. Erica Curtis is a post-doctoral therapist providing individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults of any age who are contending with anxiety, mood disorders, and challenges related to self-esteem, stress, relationships, grief, unresolved past experiences, and health.
Dr. Curtis has a Doctorate (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, MA in Health Psychology, and BA in Psychology. She also has certifications in health coaching, positive psychology, hypnotherapy, and a diploma in transpersonal psychology. Dr. Curtis takes an eclectic approach to wellness using treatment modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), experiential therapy, narrative therapy, and existential psychotherapy, all within a humanistic framework. Dr. Curtis provides a safe, confidential, and compassionate environment that is free from judgment. She is passionate about seeing her clients achieve their potential and live authentically.
