Meg Hermann, M.S., LMHC
Margaret "Meg" Hermann is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Rhode Island. She received her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Meg has worked with individuals, families, and couples, and currently provides services to adolescent and adult populations.

Meg believes that therapy is a personal journey and experience that can be used to encourage, strengthen, and change aspects of our lives. She cultivates a transparent relationship with clients to forge a relationship structured for the work each client wants to accomplish. Her areas of specialty include: trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, family, school support, suicidality, self-harm, personality disorders, autism spectrum disorder, bereavement, and relationship issues. Meg continually focuses on building skills related to clients' needs. She has completed training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and utilizes many evidence-based treatments in her practice including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
