Jenny is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Rhode Island with over 10 years of experience in trauma-informed therapy across the lifespan, including: family dynamics, children, teens, young adults, and adults. Jenny received her Master’s of Arts in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University, and has worked in private practice, agency, and in-home settings.
Using a variety of psychodynamic approaches as well as holistic strategies, Jenny works with each client to create a treatment plan that reflects the goals and lifestyle of each individual. Whether you are someone struggling with life transitions, a child struggling with emotion regulation, or have specific issues such as trauma, depression, PTSD, ADHD, or anxiety, Jenny strives to help each client reduce their symptoms and create sustainable change.
